The Uttar Pradesh Housing and Development Board previously offered available flats through special registration rounds in Siddharth Vihar, Vasundhara and Mandola Vihar, Ghaziabad.

The third-phase extension accepted registrations between 1 May and 16 June 2025. A separate registration round for semi-finished homes in Mandola Vihar operated between 17 July and 27 August 2025.

The authority subsequently published lists of registered and valid applicants. These registration periods should not be presented as currently open schemes in 2026.

Can buyers still purchase a government flat?

Interested buyers should monitor the UP Housing and Development Board and Ghaziabad Development Authority websites for fresh registration notices, first-come-first-served inventory or auctions.

Before buying any authority-developed flat, check:

Whether registration is currently open.

Whether the flat is finished or semi-finished.

The property’s possession condition.

Additional finishing and maintenance expenses.

Transport connectivity and occupied surroundings.

Whether the quoted price includes all authority charges.

Buyers should not transfer money based on an old brochure or social-media advertisement. A valid offer should appear on the relevant authority’s official portal.
